Hiking among nature

Several routes start directly at the holiday park, it’s all super easy. Put on your hiking boots and walk from the park straight into nature. The red, blue or green routes take you on a journey of discovery through the woods of the park, but you can of course also choose another route.

Also, a few routes start from the center of Hosingen, such as walking tours along the German border. Easy hiking tours with a length of approximately 10 km, with small differences in elevation to more challenging ones, and greatly rewarding views.

In winter, cross-country skiing can be practiced on these routes.

Discover the natural beauty of Müllerthal

The Müllerthal, also known as Little Switzerland, is one of the most famous nature reserves in Luxembourg, with the picturesque Schiessentümpel waterfall. Also you will find here various walking routes to explore the area. Rocks, forest, green nature, castles and villages, it is all magnificent. The nature reserves of the Our and Esch sur Sure are worth a visit.

Active on bike in Luxembourg

In addition to the walking trails here there also various mountain bike trails, sharing the same areas. Again, you can opt for longer and shorter routes of varying difficulty. In the neighborhood you can rent bicycles fast and easily, for a day or even for a week.

Cycling enthusiasts are in the right place in Luxembourg. The number of paved and well-maintained trails is growing every year and there are several beautiful cycling routes. Very unique are also the paths that have been constructed on disused railway tracks. Cycle from station to station or along the castles, ruins and vineyards. Also e-bikes were considered, stop at a cozy restaurant en route and charge your bike while you relax for a while.

The mountain bike trails often run through the woods and over the hills, these are the rougher roads, with their own markings. Many of the trails start right at our park, that’s pretty great, right?

Outdoor possibilities for both young and old

Besides mountain biking, there are also excellent kayaking possibilities in Luxembourg, as well as paragliding and climbing opportunities. You have never tried this? No problem, there are just as many options for beginners as well.

In Dillingen you can go down the river Sûre with a canoe or kayak, whilst Lultzhausen is a true water sports paradise. Canoeing, kayaking, fishing, diving, windsurfing or sailing, it’s all to be found here. Fishing can also be excellent in Vianden.

Around the holiday park La Sapinière there are several climbing parks. There are challenging trails high in the trees, but also suitable for all ages. Secured by ropes, you will balance yourself on wires, hanging bridges and rope ladders and fly across the zip wire and take the giant swing right back down.

Golf

At the park both young and old can play mini-golf, who can cross the challenging course in as few strokes as possible?

Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy their time in Luxembourg. The 18-hole golf course at Clervaux is closest to the holiday park, but less than an hour away you will also find several other wonderful golf courses.

An active holiday in Luxembourg is always possible. The nature of the country invites you to go hiking and cycling, but there is so much more to do here.
