No, the parks
in Luxembourg are closed until April 6, 2020. After April 6, we are happy to
welcome you as a guest at our park.
What
measures does Domaine la Sapinière take to prevent spreading?
National
policy is aimed at minimizing social contacts with others and guaranteeing
(hand) hygiene. The park and restaurant facilities are closed until April 6.
The reception is also closed. There is even more attention for the cleaning of
frequently visited places and handles are available. As soon as this is
possible according to the advice of the government, all facilities and the park
will open again.

If your
holiday falls in the period until April 6, we will contact you by telephone or
e-mail to rebook your reservation.

Do you want to
cancel your holiday? There are costs associated with cancellations. Check the
conditions with your cancellation fund. Then you know whether you are entitled
to compensation.

The key should be picked up on the day of arrival between 15:00 and 18:00 at the reception. On the day of departure you need to return the key before 10:00.

In all holiday homes 1 pet is allowed, if you wish to take a second pet with you, then this can only be requested in advance, not all homes are suitable for it.
We currently do not have any pet-free or smoke-free accommodations, the holiday homes can be aired extra on request.
